At Abagtha Academy, we take pride in being leaders in the daycare and preschool field by prioritizing a nurturing and focused learning environment for every child. We understand the profound impact that personalized attention and small group learning can have on a child’s overall development—academically, socially, and emotionally. That’s why we’ve designed our classrooms with no more than 12 children, guided by two experienced teachers, ensuring that each child receives one-on-one and small-group attention.
The Power of Small Class Sizes
With an average of just 8 children per class, we create an intimate setting where every child’s unique learning style can be embraced. Small class sizes allow our teachers to closely observe each child, adjusting the curriculum to their pace and needs. Whether it's fostering creative confidence through hands-on activities, or providing extra support in areas where a child may need growth, our individualized approach is key to our success.
Fostering Social and Emotional Growth
In addition to academic learning, social development is an integral part of what we do at Abagtha Academy. Our small classrooms allow children to form close bonds with their peers, building friendships and trust in a safe environment. With more time to focus on group activities, our teachers encourage teamwork, empathy, and positive communication, laying a strong foundation for future social interactions.
Investing in Staff Retention for a Stable Learning Environment
We believe that consistency in staffing is essential for a child’s comfort and success. Our commitment to small class sizes and manageable student-to-teacher ratios also contributes to staff satisfaction and retention. Teachers at Abagtha Academy can engage more deeply with each child, reducing burnout and creating a more positive and stable environment where children can thrive.
By choosing Abagtha Academy, you are investing in an environment where your child’s creative confidence will flourish, supported by dedicated staff and an individualized approach to early childhood education.
